Delicate and delicious (and really easy 😉).  Add lemon zest, or any flavour you’d like, but super yummy even plain!


1 cup salted butter

1 cup confectioner’s sugar

Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups AP flour

1 tbsp milk (give or take)


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cream butter, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla with paddle attachment till fluffy
3. Add flour and mix till crumbly
4. Add enough milk so dough clumps together in about 15 seconds
5. Place dough in piping bag fitted with a large tip
6. Pipe cookies 1” apart
7. Bake for roughly 15 mintes, or until edges are golden
Yield:  24 cookies
