Coffee Icing:

1.   Put buttercream of choice (see recipe page or video) in a large mixing bowl.

2.  Slowly add Coffee paste (see recipe page or video), a little at a time and mix well until desired flavour is achieved.

  • Mocha paste is extremely concentrated and you can always add more if needed, but you can’t take it out once added.
  • I also tend to make my mocha paste with decaffeinated coffee in case guests have an intolerance to caffeine (like I do).
