Hands on Apple Pie Class

Join me on October 10th to create your Thanksgiving Apple Pie!  You will learn how to create a perfect pastry, this is where most people struggle.  Each student will make their own pastry, prepare their filling, roll out their dough, and design a beautiful creation using braids and strips of dough to create a beautiful lattice pattern adorned with decorative cut outs.  Each student will leave with a completed pie, ready to bake at home for Thanksgiving festivities, or to freeze and bake at a later date.  Students will be provided with recipes and baking instructions.  Baking will not take place during class time.

Students will keep their glass pie plate and mini decorative pie cutters.  Cutters are 3D printed and not dishwasher safe.  Hand wash in warm water.  Prolonged exposure to hot water will soften or melt the plastic.
