The best of two worlds; Tart & Sweet! This delicious raspberry filling is surprisingly fresh tasting and easy to make. It does not taste like raspberry jam, it's a completely different type of filling. We love putting this on our Macarons to add to cut the sweetness but you can put it on so many different desserts.
